Hello, the problem is this:

I go to the DAYZ launcher, select the server (on which I have been playing for a long time), press "play", a black screen appears (there is a blue download icon (mouse) on it), and then it crashes. This also happens on official servers (no mods).

Crash happens of two types:

1: just throws it to the desktop with the closure of STEAM.

2: A blue screen appears and the computer restarts.

There is no consistency in crashes.

After that, the following manipulations were done:

1: uninstalled DAYZ, and reinstalled - did not help.

2: uninstalled STEAM and reinstalled STEAM - did not help.

3: I reset the computer to factory settings without saving personal data and rebooted everything - it did not help.

PS. I installed the experimental version - everything works flawlessly.

That blue Screen computer restart that you described sounds like BSoD crash. The so called Blue Screen of Death.

Usually its hardware dying. So probably harddrive/graphics card related. But Google BSoD and start troubleshooting.
