Base Building Suggestion for Devs

Recommended Posts

I have 1000+ hours on this game mostly in Cherno and have a lot of build time.  I am now playing Livonia exclusively and the biggest issue is that you cannot place a tent or fence kit on uneven ground.

Livonia has a ton of elevation changes in the south, I literally spent 2 hours looking for a spot to place a tent.

Here is the suggestion:  We need a deck kit for building on uneven ground, which would allow you to build on top of the even deck.   This would be a gamechanger for building in the wilderness.

Yes i totally agree. It would open up a lot more places to build as well making it easier to hide your base.

Searching a big dark forest for tents and shelters of others seems like a huge task but its not. Simply look on the flat ground areas in the trees and you will see it vastly narrows the search.

Being able to place a tent on uneven ground will open up new places a to build and hide your well earned loot. I second that motion , Here! Here!

You are 100% right about looking at the topography and just look for flat ground, the only places you can build.

All the bases these days are reinforced buildings with angled walls,/.

There's no point to building bases anymore anyway if they're just going to get wiped every three months.
