Character gets stuck

Is this a new bug where your character gets stuck on spot and you cant do anything. It has happened to me while i tried to dig out worms and while i tried to hit a zombie. Feels like your characters feet dont touch the ground or something. I really should try to remember record it when it happens again and add a link here.

Not sure if this is the same as what your experiencing, several times my character has frozen in place for 20 to 30 sec. Can't do anything. Once while fighting zombies, luckily I was playing with someone and they took care of things till I unfroze. The other time I was just running across a field when it happened. Both times it unfroze on it's own. Also, my character reverted to the standing idle animation while frozen...
