CARS NOT SPAWNING FULL

Hi peeps, 

ive tried different things to try and get my cars to spawn in full but it just wont work, ive re-installed, reset to a back up and even got the mods from a YTer. any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Have you gone into your events.xml file and despawned all the non modded cars? 

Set flags from <active>1</active> to <active>0</active> Let the server run for 30 min then reset back to <active>1</active.

If that fails to work, post your events.xml and cfgspawnabletypes.xml with a description of your issue on forum.nitrado.net.
