Power of Admin in private server, how?

I've seen admins do a little bit of everything on private servers, spawn where they and the players want, spawn whatever they want, and even fix the health and blood of the players. Is there a special tool for this, a MOD or some string to add to the server files?
I downloaded DayZ Server from Steam, maybe you just need to log in as an administrator? But I can't find the command list.
And if having to give administrator power to more people?
Is there anyone who can explain this to me?

The admin controls (spawn in etc) are through mods such as VPP+, Zomberry and Community online tools with community framework. These allow you to add players to a list, that are to be permitted admin power . . .

An example command line for your bat file is below with DZSA launcher support  . . .

start DZSALModServer.exe -config=serverDZ.cfg -port=2302 -dayzserver=DayZServer_x64.exe -adminlog -doLogs -freezecheck -nocharmenu -noFilePatching -BEpath=C:\DayZServer\battleye -profiles=C:\BEC\Admin "-mod=@CF;@Community-Online-Tools"

 

Init.c used to have some code that had the same function as above, but currently does not function

 

The BEC used to have some admin functions, but that has almost all gone now. It is still good for messaging and general server restarts

An example command line for your bat file is below

start Bec.exe -f Config.cfg --dsc

 

BERCON also gives some admin features, which can be handy when you want to admin, but not be in game . . . but more limited

There are also some other external RCON tools available
