I'm playing the game normally, and I didn't use any cheating tools or methods, but I was banned by Battle Eye (global ban), and I submitted a problem to battleye.com/support/. Also indicated the steam ID, how many days it usually takes to get a BE reply。

Hey, we're very sorry but we cannot help you here with your ban. You have chosen the correct way to contact BattlEye. I sadly do not have any insights into how long it would take them to get back to you.
