Item Repairs (Boots & field vests)

Is there a new repair list ?  how do i repair boots and field vests?

Far as I know a leather repair kit and duct tape still repair boots.   Not sure about a field vest.  I am guessing sewing kit and duct tape but not sure.

Duck tape does not repair boots , Leather sewing kits repairs both,, field vests and boots
