my entire server has been whipped

I rent a server from nitrado. Have put over 400 hours building a huge base and collecting items. Since the update hit my entire server has been reset to stock forum. Nothing is left. No based, no walls, no cars, like someone just did a hardreset.

 

I'm ready to call nitrado ane curse them out. I DID NOT RESET IT ON PURPOSE OR MISTAKE DONT ASK.

 

Has this happened to anyone before?
