PC freezes upon launch

Hello, so i've been able to play the game just fine for a long time without problems, but a few days ago my pc fully froze while playing, and upon restarting and attempting to launch the game, my PC froze again. I have tried deleting/reinstalling the game and all mods, updating drivers, and even fully factory resetting my pc and still have had no luck launching the game without my PC freezing. When I open task manager during the launch process before my PC freezes, my memory usage is at almost 90%. I am not really sure what to do or how to fix it, anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

 

System specs: (its a heap of junk I know)

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

CPU: Intel i5-4460 CPU @ 3.2 GHz (4 CPUs)

Memory:12,288 MB RAM

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650 Ti Boost

VRAM: 975 MB

Try lowering things that will consume memory, like the draw distance, the texture quality, etc.  You might also try deleting your My Documents/DayZ folder.  I know you said you reinstalled, but not sure if that folder always gets removed or not.  Delete that folder without reinstalling and try again.  You'll have to reset your keybinds, etc. though, so keep that in mind.  If doing all that makes no difference, then I'd report it as a bug and see if support can help you figure it out.  Good luck.

I have exacly the same problem, and im playing from the begining of SA, after last patch first i get steam disc error,i solve this problem, now i got black screen when i start Dayz and usage of memory go to 100% then game close.

ok i found solution, like with every fu... dayz bug 🙂

Use dayz orginal launcher, go to parameters, then all parameters scroll down and clik on buldozer , launch game with this one on, its not gone by a game for real but autor start, doesnt mather, exit game, remove buldozer wrom starting parameters and 🙂

I tried this bulldozer method, and was able to to get to the initial loading screen, but the game would freeze and stop responding a few seconds later. Am I doing something wrong?

in my case i also delete all config files in documents, maybe this one will help combine with buldozer?
