Building bases from scratch in wilderness pointless as it is so easy to jump over fences and just dismantle from inside and get out. Will there be changes to building so we can build more other than fencing up only few buildings ?

Build with watchtowers, use those for walls. You can't stack on top of someone to jump over  or jump over from the top of a car into them unless their built at the bottom of a cliff or next to a big conveniently placed rock or something
