Greetings Dayz community.

About Me

I am 26 yrs old. I started playing Dayz yesterday. I've got my bearings and I'm not doing too bad for myself. I am a very cautious person, I don't do stupid things. If I do something stupid, I won't do it again. I take the time to check out my environment, I frequently try to spot Walkers, Zombies, Zed's, whatever you want to call them. However I only kill them when I have no other choice. I have no complaints about chilling in prone for 10-20 mins while the walkers disperse in different directions. I do not kill other players, but I will defend myself. I am a bit of a lone wolf, I will admit that I tend to look at every friendly I meet as a moron, and that tends to save me in the end when they do something dumb I don't get killed because of it. I won't change my pace for anyone, because my pace has been keeping me alive thus far (Aside from a few deaths while I learn the controls... oh and a rouge floor killed me once.... yeah... that's one hell of a bug."

What I'm looking for

A Group, or a single person who wont backstab me in the heat of the moment. Someone who plays like I do. I would not mind working in a group, working towards a mutual goal (survival), so long as the people in the group won't get me killed. I want to get setup in the mountains/forest, and I want to go back and forth between villages/ect when supplies are needed. I'm not for going rambo and killing a bunch of Walkers or Bandits, I just want to survive.

I also want this person/group to be able to work independently if we get lost or if the shit hits the fan. Each person should be able to scavenge supplies and bring them back to camp when others are offline.

What times I can play

I work Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays/Saturdays at the current moment. I live in Canada and my timezone is est. I go to work at 3pm, so I could play on Mon/Wed/Fri from 12-3, Saturdays I can typically play in the morning and after 5pm. Tues/Thurs I am available from 12 - whenever, and Sundays I am available in the morning. I typically play on US servers.

Additional Details

I'm still pretty green when it comes to DayZ. I don't know the world well or the best places to get supplies. But I take survival seriously, and I will do my best not to hold anyone back.

Ive currently got a group of 3 people (me and 2 others). Your description on how you want to play fits our group. We play only on amercian/canadian servers , and around your time availability aswell.

Hello Ragnor. I would love to group up with you, as long as you have less than 5 people. At the moment I am in a tight spot with about 2k life, and completely expect to die! However, I might be able to loot my own corpse (near cherno.) If you're anywhere near that area, we can group up. Do you plan on using any kind of VoIP?

I would like to join you. Your play style is similar to mine. i prefer to avoid other player and I not worried about get the tier 1 gear. The last time I played I did lay in the bushes for about 20 min because I heard several high powered rifle shots. I about to go on vacation but when I'm back I'll join you.
