Error code 9

Getting a error code 9 and a blank server list...wondering if this is due to the ongoing server updates?

It could be maintenance or a patch Don’t worry. It should be up and running in about 15 minutes or less.

I know over on twatter they mentioned they where doing server updates and maintenance over the next week or so. I'm guessing something has gone a bit...sideways.

So... I guess that this is a maintenance day.... Is there anywhere that they have reported this?.... I read Maintenance was done Wednesday morning?  I hope that their fix the bug in vehicles.... So I won't loss my Gear....
