Question about variable meanings

Hi there,

 

I have 3 settings and I would like to know what each exacly means.

<saferadius>20</saferadius>
 <distanceradius>20</distanceradius>
 <cleanupradius>20</cleanupradius>

 

I dont undersand why i the cars dont disappear when making lifetime to 20 and lower the radius

<saferadius>20</saferadius>  //How far away the play must be for it to spawn, despawn I believe
 <distanceradius>20</distanceradius> //distance between other objects of the same.  Like you don't want two heli's or cars spawning right next to each other so you pull 100 or more to make sure it doesn't spawn too close to each other.
 <cleanupradius>20</cleanupradius>  //Like heli crashes and police cars.  They loot they have will be removed with in this radius from that object when it despawns.

 

And how is this post so old and no one responded?  I mean they could have linked you a site with this info in it with a bit more details.
