Preventing zombies from spawning in Chernogorsk.

I'm attempting to set up a full safezone/trade area inside of Cherno, But (to nobody's surprise) zombies spawn and eventually come running. I've looked into some ways of stopping spawns such as the zombie_territories.xml file but I have no clue what to look for. Are there any mods out there that could help? Any help is appreciated.

You need to locate the spawn points for zombies in Cherno and delete or comment them out from zombie_territories. No way around it, so use iZurvive and enter the coordinates in the list and you'll see where each spawn is located. Will take time, there's a lot of lines. It's a good idea to comment in each location as you go for later reference.
