Kissa Koira 0 Posted July 25, 2020 I have been playing DayZ standalone since the 1.0 and it has been working fine. I played DayZ last year till December and it worked fine until then. Now when I log into server and move my mouse cursor the game stutters very heavily. Even if I set all video settings to low it does not fix the problem. Has anyone else noticed similar behaviour? Any ideas how I could fix this? My setup is i7-2700K, 16G RAM and AMD RX580
Kissa Koira 0 Posted July 26, 2020 It also looks that I am not the only one with this problem. I have exactly the same experience as in this reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/g0ynqv/stuttering_with_moving_mouse/ Surely the development team should address this issue? I have only one PC and will not get another one just because the development team broke the game.
shoq12 0 Posted August 5, 2020 Kissa, Thanks for your input regarding my thread. I don't understand why the dev team is not addressing this issue. I found that youtube clip And in the comment section is something which "helped" or more made the issue a bit clearer. I personally have a Roccat Kone XTD mouse and I have those lags. The guy in the clip has a Logitec G502 and have the same Issues... another guy in the comments says, that he also has a g502 and no problems... Anyways, when I tried my Logitech laptop mouse I had NO lags. I tried to refresh drivers once again for the mouse but it didn't help at all. I have no idea why that happens or how to fix it so I can use my actual mouse, since playing with the small, cableless laptop mouse is no option for me. I also don't see a reason why I should buy another mouse for this specific game... PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
drgullen 596 Posted August 5, 2020 Telling the devs to fix something on here is literally the equivalent of talking to a wall. Put in a Bug Tracker for it otherwise ain't never gettin' fixed.
