sry, I can only see that you're a bit short of RAM but this is what a dev wrote in another post:

"If you've already tried to:

Verify your game files via Steam

Re-install the game

You can also try to

delete the DayZ folder in your documents manually

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps and delete appmanifest_221100.acf - afterwards verify your game files

more advanced: go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata and make a backup of that folder (in case something goes wrong, you never know). Afterwards, you can dive in and delete data with the number 221100 in the name. Afterwards verify your game files and try again

If this still does not work, we recommend you to contact our feedback tracker at feedback.dayz.com with a private ticket. Please include your crash report and your DxDiag report."

Hey,

I have the same problem as well:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor
16Gb DDR4 RA
GTX 960

When I start the game it freezes within a Blackscreen. If you wait long enough it closes it self, sometimes crashing steam or chrome with it.

I re-installed Windows (so the game as well) only my GForce Driver and that's it.

I've seen this problem before. Many times it is DayZ itself, especially if it just started happening after an update.  I've seen this happen on PCs that are super powerful.  For some reason, the game just doesn't load.  My first suggestion is to try the Experimental version, if it's currently a different version.  If you've done everything from re-install windows, to re-installing DayZ, and you get the same results, it's probably not your computer.

If it goes straight to black on launch, and your PC should be able to handle it without your video card going straight to shutdown, then there's a good chance that it's DayZ.
