Help spawning items inside of sea chest.

Can anyone help me with spawning items inside the sea chests? I’ve got the sea chest spawning in the desired locations but it’s empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated...... I’ve already watched the YouTube tutorials and went step by step. No luck.
