Help removing Z's

Hi all,

 

Im installing dayZ after a long time away and want to remove the Zombies for now but couldn find any mods yet that do so and so im looking for some help to do this. Im more into the survival side as thats just my thing so hope someone can help me. I intend to run a server that me and a few mates can explore on.

You can easily 1-shot Zeds with an axe to the face (or slightly above the face), even if it's not a power attack. Don't know how to remove them from the game though, sorry.
