Player bodies fall through walls and become unable to loot (couldn't report bug post)

Yesterday me and my friends were playing dayz and my one friend got one knifed from a fresh spawn in svetloyarsk and when I finally found the guy he was in a yellow house fully looted I ended up killing him in the house and when he fell down in the death animation he fell into the wall behind him I could still see his legs but could not loot his body
