Remains to be seen if it is sufficient for BI to change their strategy, since it is a US court ruling while not every company aggressively chasing game developers for license money is American. Escape from Tarkov has all of their weapons , attachments and military equipment as the right names and manufacturers , they are an indie game studio who certainly isn’t as rich as Bohemia and they paid for the licenses . bohemia and dayz devs are just cheap and would rather WE foot the bill than they do .
