Launch problem

Help with the problem. Reinstalled all drivers, but nothing helps An error occurred while initializing the launcher. The launcher will be closed. Reason: [-105] Launcher could not load library 'SteamLayerWrap.d11' Try reinstalling Visual C ++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (x86 version) and restart your computer

I assume you tried doing what the error told you to do -- reinstall the redistributable package?  If not, try that.
