Is global ban IP

I received a game ban the other day, I can claim it was false all I want but that's not what I'm here to argue, and I can already see it will fall on deaf ears. My question is, if I am sure that there are no hacks on my computer, and if I myself believe I am safe, can I create another steam account and buy the game again or will I be flagged for ban evading?

If you have been wrongfully banned, please contact the BattlEye support. Trying to come up with methods to circumvent the ban is not going to help you, and might result in further penalization.
