 That was the reason i quit mod back in the day and also why i quit SA , it is just a hackers fiesta.

 I'm just same as you, i do wanna play on officials regardless of what people say about private, and if i can't, i quit. 
 My friends also quit, which means that there will be less money on BI pockets from now on.

We are trying a new approach to avoid being killed by chinese hackers

 

We created a twitter account that works as a report system.

Everybody running into hackers can DM us with the hours and details of the servers. We will tweet it immediatly.

The idea is to go check this account before connecting to see if there is a suspicious activity on your servers.

It's not ideal but maybe it will helps and the hackers will eventually go away if nobody is showing up.
