Server problems

So i play on 1 server have nvr switched servers. I was up at a military base in a tent and logged off monday like i have a millions times and loaded up and said i switched servers waited 75 secs to load and was all the way south at spawn area. This has happened to my friends as well. Whys has this happened?

such a shit feature but it does stop people ghosting you which is good, but why the fuck is there a 75 second timer, one or the other move the player or a timer not fucking both, whoever thought that was a good idea is a complete retard.
