M-LonXu 0 Posted February 24, 2020 (edited) Dear Sir / Madam, I am a Dayz user and I was banned globally for no reason today. I don't know why, because Dayz was purchased today, I didn't even have time to play and I was disqualified. It didn't take me more than six hours from the time I purchased the game until it was confirmed to be banned. And my game time is less than 30 minutes. I don't know the reason for the ban, but I don't think I violated the rules of the game within these 30 minutes. After all, I'm still exploring the game, and I don't even know the most basic operations. I'm sure I only logged in once and didn't meet other players in the game, so I chose to take a rest offline. I received a banned message when I wanted to play again. Therefore, I sincerely hope that after checking my game account, I can return my game usage rights. This is what I should get after payment, isn't it? This is my Steam account: 18570707008, I wish you a happy life! ImpulZ 2491 Posted February 24, 2020 DayZ Staff can not and do not have access to BattlEye global or VAC bans, and can not revoke them in any way possible. You MUST contact BattlEye or STEAM support about any bans issued on you.
