Atlanta 54 npcs highlighted

So I went to hop onto a dayz server today, chose a random low ping server with lots of players, Atlanta 54 happened to be the one I chose.

After entering the game I noticed that the white highlights for npc's you see in single player were everywhere, showing the location of zombies as well as animals, I didn't run across any players so I'm not sure if it would show them or not.

I left the server and went to another and didn't have this happen so it's probably isolated to Atlanta 54, went back to make the video as well as take screenshots.

It's a recruit server thing. No hacks, just recruit server settings. It also shows players as green circles... kinda stupid and pointless if you ask me.

I've been on the server before and other recruit servers and never had the highlights show up, that's why I was kind of confused about it. I agree with you though it is pointless as well as shouldn't be enabled.

Admins can determine what shows up on their server through admin controls. Rest assured, that's recruit settings.
