zukahx 0 Posted January 3, 2020 Good night, I've been trying for over a month to solve the problem of my account that was stolen and banned me from the game, I made this post here a few weeks ago : In the meantime they sent me to talk directly to battleeye, and after many days they answered me saying that this has to be dealt with the game developers .... Uncle Zed 272 Posted January 4, 2020 Are you able to start Dayz? Are you able to join any servers? Do you get kicked from servers when you try to join them? If so, what is the message you receive.... zukahx 0 Posted January 8, 2020 Good morning, when I start the game, something like "ban battle eye" appears. I I've been waiting for around 1 months for battle eye to reply, I need proper help because I had a very special problem, it wasn't just a fair perma ban, my account got stolen and used by someone else, who used hacks and got it banned. I payed 40€ for this game, I have around 400 hours on it, I love to play it and It's been just too long for a problem wich I'm sure that could be solved earlier by any other company.. ImpulZ 2491 Posted January 8, 2020 As written in our guidelines, DayZ Staff can not and do not have access to BattlEye global or VAC bans, and can not revoke them in any way possible. You MUST contact the BattlEye or STEAM support about any bans issued on you. Regular procedure in the case of a hacked account is that when you get the account back from Steam, you can contact BattlEye with that proof and they will unban you as well.
