wesmane 0 Posted December 7, 2019 Whats up guys was thinking about buying this game. as the the title asked, is it friendly to new players and solo players or is it one of the games where you need a big group to have fun or have had been around for a long time to have fun? thanks for your time. If by friendly you mean whether you can manage on your own, absolutely yes. However; do not rely on other people to help you in case of need. Just like the real SHTF situations, if you want to team up with someone they better be your friends IRL. Other people can help, chat, shoot without warning ... Also, there is a very steep learning curve and a lot of self study for months to come. You better go into this expecting a simulation not arcade shooter, otherwise you will not be happy at all. There is no tutorial level, no in game hints, no HUD with mini map and such. And maybe do a bit of research, lookup gameplay and reviews. There are bugs. Repetitive, frustrating bugs for even the most basic actions in the game. there are game hints in main menu and there is HUD that displays your stats like food and water and all that... and yeah there are some dumb bugs... but really most of them are gone by just playing a nice quality server and not some server hosted in the hearth of Amazon on a mango-potato hybrid xD Keep that i mind... The server you're playing is CRUCIAL for the game experience you're gonna have... like Bad server is the ones with flying cars that fly most of the time and just laggy... that's due to the cars being server side. and a nice quality server is the one... well without flying cars... or at least not often flying cars. In my opinion i do a test with throwing and item on the ground by currently tapping G and going into a throwing stance... and you throw an item... and the more it jiggles on the ground the worse the server is... but keep in mind that it's normal for that item to jiggle so a little bit jiggling is not bad... it doesn't mean the server is really really bad.. but more it jiggly the worse the server 😛 i hope you understand what i mean Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

This MMO is best played with other people. It's definitely easier when you group up with friends. There are videos available in the Gallery forum to help you make an informed purchase.
