Status dll not found

I have been trying to play dayz on my new computer and I am new to pc gaming. I keep getting the error "STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND". I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game and I have tried restoring the pc to an earlier version but still no luck. I have searched online to try and find a solution but all I get is shady Russian websites and people rewriting their code, which I don't know how to do. Any tips would help, thanks.

 Thanks, I don't understand what it means by tokens or how to fix the situation though.

It's basically saying that wherever you installed Steam / DayZ, there is a permissions issue.  So make sure all the relevant exe files are running as an administrator and make sure the folder also has its Administrators group assigned for write/update permissions (right-click on folder, select Properties, select Security tab).

I was looking at that just now and I only have accounts with administrative access So I don't think that is the issue.
