They won't say. They're are going to mysteriously release it without telling anyone because they can't meet a deadline if they tried and they have too much pride to tell everyone a date and let us down. Jokes on them. They already have let us down. On the bright side, they are releasing patch after patch on experimental so at least they are working on something. They just won't say exactly what's holding them up. It's not even certification. They are specifically trying to fix things... But what exactly?! They should tell us.
