So many wells are dry... the farm animals have all disappeared... these infected are everywhere... what is happening?... Perhaps I can find a gun, but they are so scarce... wait... who’s that in the distance... not an affected... a friend?... please let them they have something to help... Make no mistake... this is a hardcore server... it is not for the meek and mild...

Diseases with specific treatments: We use the MedicalAttention mod.

Loot rarity: Domestic animals have been turned off, wolves drop only fat and pelts, food loot has been turned down (hell all loot has been turned down). Firearm spawns are very specific, and high tiered firearms are dealer only. All fuel stations have been turned off, fuel cans spawn less than 25% full, and vehicle batteries need to be maintained and recharged.

Dealers and quests: Gain the trust of the roadside dealers (AI) and progress with jobs they give you, because only they can procure military weapons and other valuable equipment for you.
