So the developers go and mess up big time by having characters swapped. 

Instead of quickly acting to fix their screw up, they wait all day and allow players to scramble and try to get kitted back up. Spend hours looting and building characters again. Then they go ahead and turn the clock back and we lose all that work. I just found an m4 and fully kitted up my character again and now that's all gone.

The development team is a joke for this game.

However, I don't really feel like it's furthering the discussion in any way. Now that you vented successfully, the topic serves no purpose anymore.
