Finding car parts but no car battery

I've been on my private server for the past 8 hours looking for a car battery, found doors hoods trunks spark plugs radiators and tires and one truck battery but I haven't found a battery for my car I've been running from city to city. I was wondering if it's a bug or glitch and if anyone else has had the same problem since the update came out.

No bug, it's just hard to find in your region. Keep on keepin' on, you'll get one.  Sometimes it feels like the game is hiding the thing you need the most or right then.  I find them more often in smaller storage sheds, not the industrial kind.
