The Shadow Corporation was designed to give players a more realistic feel of what it is like to be apart of a Real Life Private Sector Organization. Unlike your basic simulators out there in Airsoft, Paintball, Speedball or Gaming that create a competitive world of entertainment and simulate realistic scenarios to implement fun and excitement. T.S.C. or The Shadow Corporation was designed strictly for intense realism when on the field and laid back, & have fun when off the field... Here you will be trained to become the next shadow operative, Yes. But, you will go through a series of training to make you the operator we need you to be on the game(s) that you will be stationed on. Here you will learn the advanced fundamentals that is required to become that elite operator, that we need you become. We will break you down, build you up and initiate you into the brotherhood of the SHDW-CORP. WHAT WE DO We give great importance to tactics and procedures based on real-world knowledge. We don't refer to superiors as "Sir", and everyone calls each other by their Call-Sign or Last Names instead. A friendly, but serious environment is what we're about. We have a recruitment policy, and only mature people with a similar mindset will be accepted and can succeed in joining the unit. SHDW-CORP recruits get to receive training from people with real-life military & government experience and later on take part in private events, and joint task force operations with other serious units. We believe that we train harder than any other unit, with our Rifleman Training Schedule for new recruits lasting well over 30 hours and our Pilots Training Schedule for new recruits lasting well over 60 hours! Upon completing their training, SHDW-CORP members gain full access to our semi-private realism servers, which runs a heavily modified version for Patrol Ops and Combat Ops. Our dedication to realism ensures that we spend a significant amount of time researching on matters such as medical systems or logistics to have the best possible simulation on any war-game. TRAINING & REQUIREMENTS Training: Training works in a semi-realistic manner. We asked that you dedicate your time to complete your training so you can become apart of our brotherhood. As a PMC or Private Military Corporation. All training is done within a course of three days for four to five hours per day, Each Day includes the following: Break Phase (Discipline Training) Build Phase (Elite Training) Initiate Phase (Test Phase) You will be broken down in the Break Phase, by doing this you will learn to work together, communicate together and form a brotherhood. If you fail this within the first 4-5 hours, you will be kicked out of training, those who succeed as a team will be put into the Build Phase for the next day. In the Build Phase, You will be taught Formations, Combat Drills, Break & Clear and Elite Rotations. Once you have completed this phase you will move to the Initiate Phase, Again, those who fail to complete this phase will be kicked out. Finally in the Initiate Phase, You will be put on the field and you will be doing Combat Missions throughout the day, those who leave without permission, engage friendlies or do anything to disrupt training will be kicked out, those who utilize their training and complete their training will graduate as an Elite Operator apart of The Shadow Corporation. Requirements: Own a Legal Copy of Day Z for Xbox One Must be 16+, if you are under the age of 16 (You can be given a waiver after a Professional & Attitude Assessment) Must be mature and have a Professional & Immersive Attitude Must be willing to follow the Chain of Command Must have a state of the art headset Must be able to make at least one event a week Must not be apart of any other Role-plays, Communities or Simulators on Day Z or Ghost Recon HOW DO I JOIN Joining is very simple, go to our website, read what we are and if truly interested. Komandir X 0 Posted October 7, 2019 If you are reading this post and you see that a "Field Marshal Kestrel" made the same exact post, I want to apologize for that. He has been making numerous posts throughout the cybernet, bringing bad rep for us and telling lies among many other things.
