SkeetRage 27 Posted August 31, 2019 Hello, I purchased your game around when it came out on PS4 in the hopes that the $60 I paid would be toward a polished game that would be provided support by it's development team along the way. I knew that DayZ had been out on PC for quite some time so I fully expected the game issues from PC in the past to be fixed. I mean after all, you are charging the same amount of money that games that were projected for years at E3 so my level of expectation from you guys is VERY high and so far I am extremely dissatisfied and unimpressed with the level of support you have provided for your game. In fact, I consider your game wholly broken and barely even playable. I am wondering when or if you will fix any of the issues that make the game essentially unplayable. It seems like anytime there is a bug or issue brought up, there is only a lack of support for the issues it seems like and it honestly doesn't seem like you guys really care either way as long as you have people buying the game. At this point, you guys appear to be money grabbers and are taking advantage of gamers out here that expect more from you. I have contacted Playstation Network SIE and asked them about their cancellation policy and they have notified me that I may receive a refund on my purchase if the content is faulty, which it is. I am wondering if the issues will be fixed with missing characters, server wipes and the other horrible bugs that basically make the game unplayable. It's not that I don't appreciate your work, but if you guys don't intend on fixing these issues which you have had years to fix then I see no reason not to refund my $60. Guys, thanks to the information I have given SIE, they have -already- deemed your content faulty. Which means anybody who has bought this on PSN could actually also get this refund. You are playing with fire here. So depending on what you guys are going to do to support the issues that are making the game unplayable will I suppose determine whether or not I request this.
