Question

There’s a small issue of things getting stuck in storage units on Xbox one, we are wondering how can we resolve this? Can we even resolve it?

How can we report this better? Server numbers? Times? Containers? Really, inventory management overall is really frustrating and almost completely broken right now.

The more exact the reproduction steps are that you can give us for this issue, the better. Our team is looking into it.

These inventory bugs are the worst. Re-login works most of the time but not forever so until its fixed you will have to go with tat

If your items get stuck in tents, barrels, cars, chests you need to wait for a server restart to be able to pull them out again... It's sad that they haven't fixed it yet. Let's hope that the devs are able to fix it!

To lessen the effects of the bad coding do the following, working so far for me:

1.  When you first notice something stuck, relog.  The more you try to mess with it the worse it gets.

2.  Keep inventory moving simple.  If you want to move something in a bag, put bag in hands and use B to combine.  Less actions the better.
