So... how do I update an installed mod after Wednesdays?

Hey. How do we update a mod after a wednesday maintenance update? I tried playing today and the DayZ launcher suddenly lists the mod I am using (BuildAnywhere) as corrupt, and I can only deduce that it has something to do with these scheduled wednesday updates. Feels really frustrating to not being able to play because I got the base built right and everything. (Seriously, those collision boundaries are the worst) I am kind of hesitant to play WITHOUT the mods.. I don't know what happens if I try to play without the mod, like, what happens to my base? And if the fence sections disappear, will they return when the mod is reactivated or are they lost forever?
