Сlosed doors in buildings

What if at the beginning of the game session all the doors in the buildings would be closed? And they could only be opened with a sledgehammer or master key. Opening the door with a sledgehammer you would aggry yourself to the zombies because of the noise. With the help of the master key you could do it without sound and danger.
Lock keys placed in the car, sledgehammers in open sheds.
I'm thinking - this is good for gameplay and changed the concept of survival.
It is very easy to implement!
