Gamebreaking bug

Hello guys,

I somehow couldn't post under the "bug report" category, so I post my issue here.

I recently started playing DayZ again (last played a few months ago), and my character still exists. When I spawn with it, I can't do anything, not even commit suicide.

Now here's the thing: when I want to join a server with another character, it always spawns me with my first one, which is, as mentioned, stuck. I read tutorials dealing with "how to delete characters", all of them involved ingame suicide.

I can't play right now and I would really appreciate any kind of help.

Delete your /My Documents/DayZ folder which will wipe away everything from a few months ago.  You'll have to setup your keybinds and graphics again, but it should fix your character issue.
