Hunger and thirst

So is there any way to slow down hunger and thirst?

I have been looking and nothing really has came back. I was gonna try a mod but was wanting to do it without.

I can not help to answer specifically slowing down hunger, but, i can say that by finding fruit trees as a new spawn, and collection apples pears and plums as i travel, i have no problem with hunger and thirst. Only as a fresh spawn is it an issue.

 You acn look onthe maps out there (like izurvive) and see orchards and wells. As soon as possible go through, get fruit, and as you loot up with otherstuff food drinks will come yourway

Usually while i am running, I slow down, eatan apple, then on we go...never an issue really.
