Can My computer run DayZ?

id like to know what settings (High/Low/Med) will get decent fps w/o looking horrable

Well... no. CPU would require massive overclocking and still it doesnt have dedicated GPU, so you probably wont be able to run the game at all.

Without looking bad? I don't think so. You may be able to run the game on normal after you purchase a 1GB GPU.

Back in the day I ran Arma 2 on normal settings with slight jitter on a:

Dell XPS Gen4

Pentium 1.8hz single // hyperthreaded

2GB ram

7900GTO

Currently I use this setup running maxed:

AMD Phenom 9150e quad 1.8ghz

4 GB ram

Radeon 6770 HD 1GB
