Storage Folder not being updated

Hi everyone,

For the last week since moving to a new host we have been issues with Bases, Tents and other storage items not being present upon server restarts, we thought this was the persistence bug but after trying the Backup/Restore method our host told us to try we are still having issues.

We never had this issue with the last host, reason for moving hosts was they were having too many network issues meaning we couldn't use the server at all for over a week.

Looking through log files on the new host has revealed the following errors,

My question is has the host got the wrong permissions set for the Storage Data & Backup folders?

Yeah, I would say it looks like that folder doesn't have update/write permissions set -- send that log to your host so that they can fix it.

Thanks drgullen for confirming my suspicions, sent the log files into the host to get it sorted just awating a reply from them.
