If you are the owner of the server you can with the CLE tool with the dayz tools

However if you are juste a player, you have to kill the infected each time they will spawn sorry 😕

In the cfgeventspawns.xml, you will see them defined in sections, like "InfectedVillage" and "InfectedIndustrial" etc.  If you switch the active parameter for those from 1 to 0, they won't spawn in those types of areas.

If you want to remove specific zombie spawn locations, you need to edit the worlds_chernarus_ai.pbo, zombies territories file. Just delete or comment out the locations you don't want them to spawn at.
