How is height measured?

Hi everyone,

in my server config I set enableDebugMonitor=1 and noticed something strange with the height measurement that makes me wonder: On what depends the height value? (If it's a valid height value after all. I expect the concept to be: the value shows an absolute position of my player.)

There are some instances where I thought: The value here should be higher than at that place over there. But it wasn't. This is one of them:

Anyone got an explanation? 🙂

That's not height. Your height is 509.688 m above sea level.
