day transfer to xbox

Hello,

 

    I have copy of day z on my computer and have only put about 30 hours into it...it doesn't run very well and i was wondering if there was any chance i could exchange it for an Xbox 1 copy of the game. 

I can provide proof that i own a copy of the game if needed and an answer would be great !!!

I assume you bought the game from Steam. If you have played less than two hours and owned it for less than two weeks, you can get a refund through Steam.

It is not possible to exchange it for something else, especially not xbox games as Steam doesn't sell those.
