What fix?

Ok so what was this fix for dupping  or the loot economy again ? Automatic timer for logging into any server after logging out ? No weapons are spawning due to stashes and hoarding. Is anyone else having this issue ? I understand I really do that weapons are going to be rare but after 2 days now and not even a fnx or a ump somethingvisnt right. Forget get the m4 or ak if you cant even find any of the lower tier weapons something is wrong.
