Can’t play as I crash ever server I join.

Connection lost with host but it crashes the server when I try to join I tested with a friend. Works in experimental but not stable. Do I need to re set my character? My other account works fine on the same computer. What do I have to do?

So I put a report in. Is there any way to re set my character myself? So annoying as I’ve basically lost one of my accounts that i have paid for!
