Coughing and sneezing

I drank water from a fountain in front of Elektro Church and now I cough and sneeze every 30 seconds almost. Can someone tell me how to cure the disease please, I tried all the drugs except multivitamin pills

It's a cold... Nothing works other than wait it out. Roughly 8 hours.
