Blood at zero after update (help!)

Just downloaded update. And my character is on zero blood. It shows up arrows like it's rising. But after 10 minutes of passing out every 20 seconds...it's still at empty.

I literally can't do anything. Help!

Had the same issue, had to use all my rags haha, happened to both my characters might I add, must be something across the board of players
