How to treat and cure virus in dayz ?

Hello my question is in the title. I had a virus yesterday and no way to find a treatment for it. Tried to find a solution on google, forums, youtube and see nothing.

Can someone help me ?

Tetracycline pills? The accepted wisdom many patches ago was that there were two types - one severe which would pretty much kill you whatever you did, and one more minor, which you would probably survive (especially with tetracycline and proximity to a water pump). 

PS I'm not sure it's a virus is it? It should be a bacterium (just being pedantic), or antibiotics wouldn't work on it...
